The Camino Ghost...

Again today a man walked by me on the Camino going the opposite direction. He appeared to be a local, as he was dressed casually and did not have a backpack.   For the past three days a man like this has walked by me on the trail. Today I realized it is the same man who keeps walking by me with a big smile and wishing me a Buen Camino. As he passed me for the second time today, I took a picture of him so I could see if it's the same man. We ended up chatting for a few minutes... And yes, he is the same man that has been walking past me each day this week. He is the St. James of the Camino! What a wonderful man who keeps us all going at the moments on the trail we need it most. 

Although today was physically difficult due to the heat, it was uplifting and full of great conversations with fellow pilgrims!
